Shrimpers to taste defeat
Championship football this Friday comes from the coast where Southend take on Queens Park Rangers at Roots Hall in a battle between two of the division's strugglers.
The home side are in second-bottom place with relegation a real threat this season but they may have been buoyed a little by picking up a valuable points at Stoke last week.
But despite having lost only one of their last seven games, United are still four points adrift of safety.
It has to be said that John Gregory's side are hardly faring much better.
Rangers remain just two points ahead of the relegation places and defeat to Southend is unthinkable.
However, the Super Hoops' 3-1 home win over Burnley last time out will have renewed their confidence and we think they will build on that with a win - their first in five games - against the Shrimpers and will take Betterbet.com's 7/4 for the away win.
