Watford's woes to continue at Maine Road
City, unbeaten at home although disappointing away, became the only team in the Premiership to win at Villa Park since Martin O'Neill took over with their convincing victory last week.
Consequently, Stuart Pearce's men must be confident as they welcome the the Hornets who have taken just two points from a possible 21 on their travels.
After losing out at home in last week's relegation six-pointer against Sheffield United, manager Adrian Boothroyd claimed Sky TV should perhaps get their money back such was the ineptness of his side. Not what his players want to hear.
And with just one win all season, Watford already look relegation candidates, a perception which we think will be compounded by defeat at City.
Betterbet.com's 9/1 for a 3-0 home win looks attractive to us and we will also stake a few quid on a side bet of 2-0 at 11/2.
