Saha for derby opening goal
Stuart Pearce's men can take some hope from their recent record against at Old Trafford - they have lost only once in their last five league visits.
Three games have finished 1-1, one 0-0 and United won the other 4-1 in 2004.
But that statistic won't save City this weekend. The Red Devils have been excellent home and away all season, and can heap pressure on Chelsea by winning another three points to keep them ahead at the top of the table.
Betterbet.com's odds of 4/11 for a home win does not tempt us but we do think the in-form Louis Saha at 4/1 to score the first goal is worth a few bob.
Later in the day Bolton will look to address their poor recent form when they take on West Ham United at the Reebok.
The Trotters are in something of a free-fall at the moment with five defeats in their last seven Premiership games, but who better to get your season back on track against that the rather unhappy Hammers?
Among all the furore concerning their takeover, it has not gone unnoticed that West Ham have been hopeless on their travels, winning their solitary point at lowly Watford.
And after another poor result in midweek at Wigan, we think this could be another nail in Alan Pardew's coffin.
Take Bolton at 7/2 with Betterbet.com to win after drawing the first 45 minutes.
